Refunds and Cancellations

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly and carefully considered the cost and value of joining Invest with Henry's Programs prior to making this commitment.

If you joined Invest with Henry's Programs, you may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the start date (defined as the date of purchase). This refund is conditional on the following terms:

1. Proof of Trades: You must prove that you have performed at least 4 options trades within this 30-day period. These must be real or live trades, not “paper trades.” Proof of these trades must be emailed along with the refund request to [email protected].
2. Community Participation: You must have asked at least 3 questions within IWH’s private community within this 30-day period to demonstrate active participation.
3. Completion of Video Content: You must have completely watched all video content, defined as 8/8 modules from the Weekly Options Income Academy on Kajabi, within this 30-day period.

Items 2 and 3 will be tracked and verified by the IWH team. Confirmation or denial of your refund request, along with proof supporting the decision, will be sent to you via email.

In the event of default or delinquent payment, IWH has the right to terminate your program access without notice and without liability.

You agree and acknowledge that requesting a refund or cancellation of your OICA may waive your eligibility to enroll in OICA in the future. All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Requests submitted within the stated time period will be honored. Otherwise, no refunds will be granted.
